Feel free to nap in the hammocks or take a meditative stroll through our labyrinth – or perhaps challenge a friend to a game of bocce ball or horseshoes. When you’re done, read in our library by the pool or relax up on our roof deck lounge and take in the whole panorama.
You will also love our organic vegetable garden, where we grow fruit, vegetables, and herbs that our chefs pick daily to add the freshest touch to our meals.
Continuing our commitment to environmental sustainability, the water that irrigates all of our ornamental gardens is reclaimed from each of our buildings (to ensure the highest level of food safety, the water we use for our vegetable and herb garden comes directly from our well).” (Prana Del Mar).
Emily has been a certified yoga teacher for over 10 years and teaches in the form of restorative, gentle flow, and therapeutic yoga. Emily loves to share her practice through breath work, mantra, meditation, fierce movement to process emotions and simple asana!!
Each class will be tailored to the needs of the groups needs, wants, and desires allowing you to explore the depth of who YOU are.
You do not need to be a “master” to attend one of Emilys classes.
If you are booking alone, you will need to reserve a single occupancy room.
Only groups who are coming together can share occupancy.
Temperatures will be taken upon arrival.
Our offerings are outdoors or in airy rooms spaced out.
